1. Everything inside [pM] GEX is confidential, including levels, data, charts, indicator code, methods and written analysis. You get access as a profitMAX member, for your own trading only.
2. You will not share, forward, resell, publish, stream or screenshot this material for anyone outside profitMAX, and you will not give your access code to anyone outside profitMAX.
3. You will not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or rebuild [pM] GEX or its indicator, or use its output to build a competing product.
4. If you break this agreement your access ends right away without a refund, and profitMAX may take any other action the law allows.
5. [pM] GEX is an educational tool and is not financial advice. You are responsible for your own trades.
6. You sign this NDA when you enroll in profitMAX at profitmax.nqtom.com, and entering [pM] GEX with your access code confirms it again along with the time you entered.
